Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Send a drawing, a mood board, a photograph or a shade reference and our design team develops a sample to your specification before anything goes into production.
Wool, silk and bamboo silk, cotton, jute and other natural fibres, along with recycled and blended yarns where a project calls for them. We can also work to a specified fibre content for a contract specification.
For hand-knotted and hand-tufted work we can start from a single custom rug. Larger runs and wall-to-wall have their own minimums - tell us the project and we will confirm in writing.
Yes. Sampling usually takes two to three weeks, and nothing goes into production until you have approved the sample for design, colour and quality.
Production depends on construction and size and typically runs eight to sixteen weeks from sample approval. Dates are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
